Ingredients:
1 cup of raspberries
1 scoop of chocolate powder
8 ice cubes
3 tbsp peanut butter
16 oz almond/coconut milk
crushed almonds
unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
Blend all ingredients (except almonds and coconut) in the blender until smooth. Top with almond and coconut.
Many of us have given up and I know because I was one who gave up on myself. When I gave up on myself, I gave up on my health which in turn meant I gave up on my weight.
